At the 2018 Business of Software Conference USA I had the privilege of speaking about artificial intelligence (AI) in enterprise software. My goal was to talk about AI in a way that didn't cause people in the audience to roll their eyes, since so many of the conversations around AI solutions tend to be over-hyped.

I shared some learnings from our AI initiatives at Guru in the hopes that the things that went well for us (and the things that did not go so well) would help others thinking about embarking on AI in their organizations.
